My Therapeutic Approach
I approach therapy through a non-judgmental, humanistic, and trauma-informed stance. The collaborative relationship between therapist and client/patient is of the utmost importance to me, because I am here to support you and your loved ones. As a permitted marriage and family therapist, I believe in using research-based and innovative therapeutic interventions that can competently and positively help you. With each client, couple, or family, I build a caring and open environment that is emotionally present to guide clients through the necessary work needed to overcome stress and challenges. Coming from a strength-based perspective, I seek to help my clients achieve growth through radical understanding, acceptance, and love.
